Which dlc to get depends on where you want more content. Well, it was 2 months ago. Not long for sure but not "just dropped" either. For major hoi4 dlcs that is just dropped like have you learned all the new game mechanics and focus trees. The lead HOI4 dev dropped a leak for the next content update already.
